Project Overview
Survey City had the pleasure of undertake a topographical & measured building survey on a lovely 4-bed cottage over in Swanland, a truly characterful property with plenty of charm and history The client required a detailed topographical survey of the land, referenced to Ordnance Datum, as well as a 3D point cloud model of the existing property. This survey was one of two properties situated on the clients land.

Our Approach

Conducted a comprehensive topographical survey referenced to Ordnance Datum to capture the contours and features of the land.
Created a detailed 3D point cloud model of the existing property to provide an accurate digital reference for planning the new construction.
Analyzed the collected data to support the client and their architect in site design and development.
