Another exciting project polished off and in the books! 🙌 Survey City had the pleasure of undertake a topographical & measured building survey on a lovely 4-bed detached property over in Harrogate, set on a beautiful plot of land.

 

The client needed a detailed topographical survey as well as a front elevation providing to guide their upcoming development and with our Leica BLK360, we captured every detail in stunning 3D.

 

Our Approach

• Conducted a comprehensive topographical survey referenced to Ordnance Datum to capture the contours and features of the land.

• Created a detailed 3D point cloud model of the existing property to provide an accurate digital reference for planning the new construction.

• Analyzed the collected data to support the client and their architect in site design and development.

• Delivered a precise topographical survey and 3D point cloud model, enabling the client to plan the new bungalow effectively.
